Have you seen the new Hyundai Veloster N? This thing is the very definition of a hot hatch. Great looks with some performance to back it up. The owner of this one wanted us to install a high quality 3M window tint all the way around including a heat rejecting windshield film. In addition, they wanted the full front end protected with SunTek Paint Protection. As with most jobs, we start this process by giving the car a soaking decontamination bath to remove any loose contaminants before we begin applying paint protection film.
As we move to the 3M Window Tint install, this customer chose 3M Ceramic Tint for the sides and back and 3M Crystalline for the windshield. This windshield film does not darken the window that much, but it blocks some glare and a tremendous amount of heat which allows the vehicle driver and passengers to remain much more comfortable.
Next, we start on the SunTek Paint Protection installation on the complete front end of the vehicle. We are careful to wrap the edges and pay particular attention to trying to make the protection literally disappear on the car.
We are able in most cases to cover each panel with a single piece of ppf which eliminates the unsightly edges and seams you might find in other installations. It also provides complete protection of the panel without any gaps.
This pocket rocket looks even better now with the tint installed and it has the proper protection to keep it looking that way. Check out the pictures of the completed car. It came out great!
