The 2015 Chevrolet Corvette ZO6, better known as a Stingray on Steroids. With Such a low center of gravity and 625bhp, this thing is a Beast! The owner of this beautiful, newly purchased, Corvette wanted to protect areas prone to rock chips and protect the vehicle’s painted finishes. Being brand new, this car in particular didn’t need much in the terms of paint correction. So, the plan was to get up this Chevy C7 ZO6 Corvette with Paint Protection Film (Clear Bra) and then add CQuartz to the paint, wheels, calipers and glass. After that, the windows will get tinted with our Rayno Nano Carbon Ceramic window film. This car is pretty much track ready so want to protect as good as we can, so lets get started!
We start with our citrus stripping soap and deep wheel cleaner to remove any waxes or sealants.
During the claying process we also start the window film application on the sides and rear. We decided to go with Rayno S9 Carbon Ceramic Window Film. This vehicle had already previously had clear bra applied to the front bumper and rockers. So, we decided to leave those sections alone and add to additional pieces. After a full clay bar treatment and light polishing session. We start the Clear Bra application process. Full Fenders are up first along with the headlights.
Next comes the doors which we fully cover.
Rear quarter vents and gas door are removed to allow for a cleaner installation.
We also remove the rear logos so that we can install the clear bra underneath without any seam lines.

Now, on to the roof.
This clear bra film is 8mils thick, it has a self healing top coat and comes with a 5 year warranty!

Now, we cover the full hood.
With the paint protection fully installed, this Z06 is ready for a paint coating with CQuartz Finest.
First, he wheels were removed to be coated. The barrels, wheel faces and calipers receive the same polishing and coating treatment.
After we coat the paint, wheels, calipers and glass, we set up the IR lamps for several hours to aid in the curing process of Quartz Classic Ceramic Paint Coating containing Ti02.
Finally, the car sits outside to help cure both the Paint Protection Film and Window Tint.
